Refund and Withdrawal Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days after your first subscription purchase by emailing [email protected] .

Please include the email address used for the account and the plan concerned so we can identify the subscription.

BYOK subscriptions are 100% refundable during the 14-day guarantee period.

Managed subscriptions include access to the platform-managed AI provider. In case of excessive AI provider usage before the refund request, the corresponding provider usage cost may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Access to paid features may end when the refund is processed.
